The Suite Offers....

Each suite has a private entry from the outside with convenient parking. There are storm doors with lock and screens and many windows throughout offer the suite an open and bright atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all have an open floor plan.  Lighted ceiling fans circulate the air for your comfort.  During the cooler months, you can enjoy a remote controlled gas fireplace.

                           All utilities, expanded cable TV, private phone line with free local calling,                                                                           and fiber optic high speed internet are   included in pricing.  

                           Homes and townhomes have unlimited long distance telephone service.

                     The Post Bulletin Daily Newspaper is delivered to your door with your mail

• The bedroom: comes with a full, queen or king size bed, night stand, lamp, chest of drawers and mirrored dresser. Sizes will vary in each suite.
• There is a full size closet and television in all bedrooms

• Bathroom: includes a large pedestal sink, full size bath tub, overhead shower and hand held shower, handicap safety grip bars and handicap commode.

• The kitchen: There is plenty of cabinet space, a double bowl sink with sprayer, full size dishwasher, two door refrigerator with ice maker, glass top electric range or gas range and overhead 1100 watt exhausting microwave. Dining tables will seat from two to six guests.

• The living room:  features a comfortable couch or Sofa hide-a bed, Lazy Boy Recliner, Lamps and    decor, Sony televisions (the living room television has a DVD/CD and VCR player).

• Electronics:  2 or 3 televisions with remote control in all suites offer expanded cable stations. DVD, VCR and CD players in all suites, fiber optic high speed wireless internet, AM / FM radio alarm clock, 2 or 3 telephones including one wireless phone, digital answering machine and private telephone number.

There also is a information book in your suite which will tell you many things you may want to know about Rochester. There are also area maps, guides to Mayo Clinic and areas close by that you may want to visit.
