Your Suite Offers

Each suite offers a private entry with convenient parking. Adjustable storm doors with screens and many windows throughout offer the suite an open and bright atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all have an open floor plan.  Lighted ceiling fans circulate the air for your comfort.  During the cooler months, you can enjoy a remote controlled gas fireplace in your suite.

Your mail and the local daily newspaper are delivered to your door. We offer 24 hour service.

All utilities, 72 station cable TV, private phone line with free local calling and high speed internet are included.  Homes have unlimited long distance telephone service.

• The bedroom: comes with a queen or king size bed, night stand, chest, mirrored dresser

           televison and large closet.         

• Bathroom: includes a large pedestal sink, full size bath tub, overhead shower and hand held shower, handicap safety grip bars and  raised handicap commode.

• The kitchen: has plenty of cabinet space, a double bowl sink with sprayer, full size dishwasher, two door refrigerator with ice maker, glass top electric range or gas range and overhead microwave. Dining tables will seat from two to six guests.

• The living room:  features a comfortable couch and love seat with sofa table, Lazy Boy Recliner, Sony televisions (the living room television has a DVD/CD and VCR player).

• Electronics:  2 or 3 televisions with remote control in all suites offer 72 cable stations. DVD, VCR and CD players in all suites, ( 500 feature film DVD and VCR movies library available at no charge )

           high speed wireless internet, AM / FM radio alarm clock, 2 or 3 telephones with one wireless                   phone, digital answering machine and private telephone number.

• Extras:  for your comfort Softened water will help make you comfortable during your stay, due to the purified and filtered well water which we utilize from the largest aquifer in MN ( no chemicals added). Our Lennox Healthy Climate electronic air purification system, offers a 99% reduction in air impurities.  A guest laundry facility is available on location..

 (2) Kitchen comes with:  glasses, wine glasses, plastic patio ice mugs, mixing bowls, food storage containers, stainless steel cookware, silverware, cooking and preparation utensils, cork screw, meat thermometer, cutlery, cutting board, electric blender, crock pot, electric mixer, toaster, baking glassware, roasting pan, cooking tins, toaster, Mr. Coffee carafe coffee pot and tea maker, dish cloths, dish rags, hot pads and glove, sink sponge, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, filled table salt and pepper shakers, paper napkins in holder on kitchen table, glass shaker bottles of olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and even a glass snap lid jar with tooth picks. Plus, you will have snap lid sealed kitchen canisters containing Java Gourmet Coffee, Lipton decaf and regular tea, sugar, flour, four brand name artificial sweeteners, pasta's (spaghetti, macaroni, fusilli or spiral pasta, egg noodles and long grain rice).  There are also 25 different cooking seasonings including Kikoman Soy Sauce and Louisiana hot sauce. Cooking supplies such as non stick cooking spray, Canola Oil and Heinz Vinegar are also provided.  All kitchen condiments are complimentary and do not have to be replaced.  We offer only brand names and the freshest products.

 (3) Bedroom comes with: linens, cotton knit blanket, comforter and pillows, AM/FM digital alarm clock radio, large TV with remote, chest, night stand and mirrored dressers. Bedrooms have large closets for additional storage space.

 (4) Office supplies: stapler and staple puller, tape dispenser, paper clips, ruler, rubber bands, stationary, envelopes, message pad, legal pad, scissors, and extension cord. There is a water soluble pen and writing board for those quick messages and notes even a deck of playing cards.

(5) Cleaning supplies: 1-75 oz. dishwasher soap, 1-25 oz. dish soap, 2 rolls paper towels, trash bags and  other misc. cleaning supplies. There is an ironing board iron and spray starch.

 (6) `On the patio: you can enjoy the beautiful grounds on your deck or patio with chairs, tables and even ice cooler patio mugs that you will find in the freezer.
